FOR OUR NEXT “ENCUENTRO DE SOCIODRAMA”
A few colleagues got together on the last day of the conference and made suggestions for our next meeting.
PARA NUESTRO “ENCUENTRO DE SOCIODRAMA”
Algunos colegas se juntaron el último día del congreso e hicieron algunas sugerencias para el próximo encuentro.
PER IL NOSTRO “INCONTRO DI SOCIODRAMMA”
Alcuni colleghi si sono riuniti alla fine del Congresso e hanno fatto alcune proposte per il prossimo incontro.

CONTENT
THEORY:
More of it. Have theoretical «exposés» or lectures with live demonstrations to render them more understandable. This will help build and expand a theoretical framework for Sociodrama.
After a live experience : make sure to have enough time to share our experience, de-role, and make a theoretical return over what happened to make it understandable and teachable to colleagues who have less millage.
Time : some or all workshops should be longer not to be pressed by time.
Ethics : every aspect should be stressed and respected in our workshops and demonstrations.

THEORÍA:
Más! Tenemos “exposés” teóricos o conferencias con demostraciones en vivo para hacerlas más comprensibles. Esto ayudará a construir y expandir un marco teórico para el Sociodrama.
Después de una experiencia en vivo: asegurarse de que haya tiempo suficiente para compartir nuestra experiencia, salir del rol y hacer una devolución teórica sobre lo que sucedió para hacerlo comprensible y enseñable a los colegas que tienen menos millas acumuladas.
Tiempo: algunos o todos los talleres deberían ser mas largos para no tener el tiempo justo.
Etica: cada aspecto debería ser resaltado y respetado en nuestros talleres y demostraciones.
CONTENUTO
TEORIA:
Ancora! Abbiamo “exposés” teorici o conferenze con dimostrazioni dal vivo per renderli più comprensibili. Ciò sarà d’aiuto per costruire ed accrescere la cornice teorica del Sociodramma.
Dopo un’esperienza dal vivo: assicurarsi che ci sia tempo sufficiente per condividere la nostra esperienza, uscire dal ruolo e fare una restituzione sull’accaduto per renderlo comprensibile e trasmissibile ai colleghi che hanno meno “miglie” accumulate.
Tempo: alcuni o tutti i laboratori dovrebbero essere più lunghi, così da non essere assillati dal tempo.
Etica: nei nostri lavori e dimostrazioni, ogni aspetto dovrebbe essere messo in rilievo e considerato.

THE COMMUNITY :
Involving the community was a very enriching experience for all.
Ethics were respected. It was underlined that the psychological contract with the community must be clear and explicit. Enough time should be put aside after the live experiences for everyone to understand, take distance and give the community feedback.
The possibility of pursuing «unfinished work» should be explained.
LA COMUNIDAD:
Incluir a la comunidad fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora para todos.
La ética fue respetada. Se subrayó que el contrato psicológico con la comunidad debe ser claro y explícito. Debería reservarse tiempo suficiente después de las experiencias en vivo para que todos entiendan, tomen distancia y darle un retorno a la comunidad.
Se debería explicar la posibilidad de continuar un “trabajo no terminado”.
LA COMUNITA’:
Includere la comunità è stata un’esperienza molto arricchente per tutti.
L’etica è stata rispettata. Si è voluto sottolineare che il contratto psicologico con la comunità dev’essere chiaro ed esplicito. Che ci si dovrebbe riservare del tempo sufficiente, dopo le esperienze dal vivo, perché tutti possano capire, prendere distanza e dare un feedback alla comunità.
La possibilità di continuare un “lavoro non concluso” dovrebbe essere spiegata.

ORGANISATION
An organising committee should be put together so that no one person bears the whole burden.
A scientific committee of diverse backgrounds should oversee the choice of the workshops. The order of presentation should follow a rational and ensure an adequate build-up of theory and experiences.
ORGANIZACIÓN
Se debería crear un comité organizador para que no sea una sola persona quien cargue con toda la responsabilidad.
Un comité científico con diferentes antecedentes debería verificar la selección de talleres. El orden de la presentación debería seguir un orden razonable y asegurar una adecuada construcción de teorías y experiencias.
ORGANIZACIÓN
Bisognerebbe istituire un comitato organizzatore affinché il peso della responsabilità non cada su un’unica persona.
Un comitato scientifico con backgrounds diversi dovrebbe verificare la selezione dei laboratori. La sequenza di presentazione dovrebbe seguire un ordine ragionevole ed assicurare un’adeguata costruzione di teorie ed esperienze.

Querida Mónica, queridos todos:

2013 will be fine. One of the very first FEPTO meeting organised by Giovanni was also held in Iseo. Until then we have a lot of opportunity to organise national meetings, conferences , workshops and gather more experiences.
I recently had a workshop together with Dr Suman Khanna Aggarwal from New Delhi University on the topic of non-violent conflict resolution based on Gandhian and Morenian philosophy and practice, in Stockholm. Moreno and Gandhi is a grate combination having a lot in common. (Suman Khanna was one of the key-note speakers at the IAGP congress in Sao Paulo.)

El 2013 está perfecto. Una de las primeras reuniones de FEPTO organizada por Giovanni también fue en Iseo. Hasta entonces tenemos muchas oportunidades de organizar reuniones nacionales, congresos, talleres y recoger más experiencias.
Recientemente hice un taller junto con el Dr. Suman Khanna Aggarwal de la Universidad de Nueva Delhi sobre la resolución no violenta de conflictos basada en las filosofías y prácticas de Gandhi y de Moreno, en Estocolmo. Moreno y Gandhi es una fantástica combinación, ya que tienen tanto en común.
(Suman Khanna fue uno de los oradores más importantes en el Congreso de la IAGP en Sao Paulo)

Aparentemente muchos de ustedes han elegido el 2013 para el próximo Congreso de Sociodrama. Creo que es muy importante ya que permitirá asistir a muchos sin tener que elegir.

We talked very much at the Third Sociodrama Congress,with Marcia Karp, Rene Marineau, Jeanne Burger, Elaine Sahknof, Monica Wesrberg and many others , about the need not to compete with other Congresses.
Durante el 3er Congreso de Sociodrama, hablamos mucho con Marcia Karp, René Marineau, Jeanne Burger, Elaine Sahknof, Monica Wesberg y muchos otros sobre la necesidad de no competir con otros congresos.

I think that is very nice that most people agree about the date and we have shared this thougts with Clelia Marini and Gigi Dotti . They will let us know after the meeting they are having tomorow with many italian psychodramtists when and how it is going to happen
Creo que es muy bueno que la mayoría esté de acuerdo con la fecha y hemos compartido estos pensamientos con Clelia Marini y Gigi Dotti. Después de la reunión que tendrán mañana con varios psicodramatistas italianos, ellos nos dirán cuándo y cómo sucederá.

So this next Congress will be the continuation of Manuela Maciel inspiration and has now become a group work.As Moreno use to say, ideas belong to the Universe and grow by themselves Sociodramatically .

Así que el próximo congreso será la continuación de la inspiración de Manuela Maciel y ahora se volvió un trabajo de grupo. Como decía Moreno, las ideas pertenecen al Universo y crecen por sí mismas, sociodramáticamente.
